The Colgate University Department of Athletics is currently accepting applications for a part-time 10 month position working with the volleyball team.Accountabilities:
The assistant coach is responsible for execution of specific strategic activities and outcomes within the women’s volleyball program.Professional Experience/ Qualifications:
These will include sustained performance and execution in the following areas:Education:
osupport to the head coach
oprogram operations and administration as designated by head coach
oresponsible for recruiting and management of prospective student-athletes.
oaccountable for maintaining professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
oresponsible for role modeling behaviors and leadership for student-athletes.
oresponsible for effective oversight and management of student managers.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred and will consider a combination of education and equivalent work experience.Other Information:
