Responsibilities

This is a full-time tenure-track faculty position at the Associate Professor level in the area of Organic Chemistry. The successful candidate will be expected to develop an internationally recognized and externally supported research program in addition to teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses. Specific responsibilities will be assigned at the time of hire.

Qualifications

Doctoral degree from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate in Organic Chemistry or a related field with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, academic research and service.

Preferred

Applicants seeking to bring chemical approaches to bear upon impactful problems at the interface of chemistry, biology and medicine are especially encouraged to apply. Postdoctoral training in a relevant field is preferred.
