. Job Summary
Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a full time, nine-month, non-tenure track Lecturer of Civil and Environmental Engineering faculty position, with a preferred start date of August 1, 2021. Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities for the position include teaching and service work with an emphasis on enhancing the teaching mission of the Department. The teaching load is approximately 30 credit hours per academic year (Fall and Spring semesters). Courses are taught on the Marietta campus of Kennesaw State University and are offered during daytime and evening hours. Faculty are expected to teach undergraduate courses in a variety of instructional modalities, including face-to-face, hybrid, and online. These undergraduate lectures and laboratories will include subject matter related Engineering Mechanics-Statics, Strength of Materials, Fluid Mechanics, Civil Engineering Graphics, and other Civil and Environmental Engineering related courses. A Master's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field, or the foreign equivalent is required. Preferred Qualifications
