Provides data, analysis and reporting in support of HR functions. This includes supporting the design, development and maintenance of HR analytical tools, reports and dashboards. Supports the overall HR strategy and initiatives while facilitating and supporting HR transactional business processes. Responsibilities
1. Maintains HR analytical tools, reporting and dashboards, including but not limited to maintenance of data to support HR analytics needs and ensuring accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports and metrics
2. Completes monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc HR reporting and data analysis
3. Responds to HR data requests from HR and other functions
4. Develops queries and/or gathers data from various sources; in addition, may interpret the data to provide value added analysis
5. Conducts data analysis and discovery to identify trends and correlations to uncover insights
6. Recommends information that should be analyzed based on key indicators, works to determine root cause, and/or identify areas of concern
7. Audits HR data, validates calculations and troubleshoots irregularities; supports data governance process
8. Produces and delivers standard and customized reports, dashboards and ad-hoc requests based on business need
9. Performs regular audits to ensure data and system integrity
10. Assists with continual process improvements by researching methods to continue to automate and streamline processesRequired Qualifications Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Analytics, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experienceRequired Experience
Two (2) years of related HR experience Preferred Qualifications Preferred Experience
Prior experience supporting HRIS systems, preferably PeopleSoft
Experience in maintaining and creating documentation and effectively explaining requirements Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities ABILITIES

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources and database structures
Understanding of interdependencies between various systems and downstream impact design, development, and testingSKILLS
Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic and self-directed
Strong analytical, process mapping, and procedural documentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills (critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking)
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
Proficient with querying data, data interpretation and report generation
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel, PeopleSoft, Nolij)
