The Schroeder School of Business at the University of Evansville invites applications for a Director of the Office for Career Success beginning August 1, 2021. Prospective candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a business-related area preferred.

The Director of the Office for Career Success in the Schroeder School of Business assists in students' professional development and career success. The Director serves students, alumni, and community members by connecting students with internships and full-time positions in their areas of interest. The Director meets directly with students, networks with alumni and employers, manages the Passport Program, surveys students and employers, and benchmarks our programs with other AACSB-accredited schools of business. The Director provides students with events and exposure to organizations to develop full career potential and sustain 100% internship completion rate and also assists students with resumes, interviewing skills, and career planning.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in human resources, recruitment, sales, or marketing.
