Job Summary:Sheridan College Activities Network (SCAN) Programmers work together as a cohesive team that oversees the coordination and facilitation of all assigned events. They make sure the event has everything it needs including and not limited to: seating capacity, sound & lighting, food and drink, prizes, etc. The SCAN team is responsible for documenting programming debriefing, attendance numbers, showcase debriefing etc. The SCAN team will work together to keep the group motivated and assist team members with additional duties as assigned. The SCAN team works to facilitate all advertising for all events by SCAN. Researches and suggests promotional material for SCAN. Consistently updates all social media, tabletop advertisements, chalk board signs, TV advertisements, and chalk the walk.

Education/Qualifications:•Good Conduct and Academic Standing with the college
•Sheridan College Student currently enrolled
•Cumulative GPA is 2.0 or greater
•Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Publisher and Excel
•Excels with Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication
•Will have to work late hours and weekends (Depending on event)
•Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
