(Contingent upon available funding): 15.00 - 16.88, Hourly Work Schedule: Typically 5 days/week, 8 hours/day Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: This position will be located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine Cherokee Nation (OSU COM-CN) campus.
The Clinical Education Coordinator will oversee the administrationof clinical rotations. This includes managingschedules, evaluations, exam registrations, student compliance, and thesubmission of grades. Data collection and report construction forvarious purposes, including institutional assessment, accreditation, andstudent tracking. Affiliation agreement (i.e. contract) implementation,renewal, termination, and tracking.
The Coordinator servesas the primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and affiliatedteaching sites for all matters regarding Clerkship Programs. In addition to these duties, the Coordinatormay participate in annual site visits, and provide assistance and support forthe recruitment of new instructors and clinical teaching sites. The Coordinatorwill work in LEO and the VSAS system.

Position Qualifications: Required:
- Two (2) year's college, vocational, or technical education or equivalent experiencePreferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience and knowledge in working in higher education, clinical education, and the utilization of curriculum and learning management systems
