Position Highlights:Online, Distance and Continuing Education is seeking an individual who is passionate about the field of data analytics and wants to apply their data skills and learned knowledge to solve hard problems. As part of of the Administrative Operations team for ODCE, you will engage with colleagues across campus with technical and non-technical backgrounds to identify data needs, triage data, perform data analysis and develop data visualizations. This position will focus on administrative/operational and student data, which includes financial/investment, planning, student enrollment, and bursar data. You will have the opportunity to help advance our goals and tell the ODCE story through data.

Duties & Responsibilities:- Identify reporting and data analysis needs for Online, Distance and Continuing Education with the objective of turning data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make decision to support divisional and institutional operations.
- Visualize business data to enable effective decision making.
- Identify data patterns and trends, provides insights to enhance decision making capability in planning, process improvement and solution assessment.
- Develop and maintain databases. Reviews data across various platforms to ensure accuracy.
- Build dashboards or reporting systems for end users.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and reporting.
- Assist divisional staff and administrators with data and analysis related requests.
- Assists division leadership and academic partners in forecasting enrollment and revenue trends for annual budget planning exercises.
- Develop and maintain database of historical and current investment data.
- Coordinate with Program Operations team to monitor and track enrollment data related to program development.
- Assist in creating ROI's for academic partners based on program performance and market trends.
- Assist in developing metrics based on past performance and future enrollment goals.
- Provide data analysis support to ODCE Business and Corporate Partnership teams.
- Assist in reconciling enrollment, bursar and financial data. Develops reports to recommend strategies and plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience working with complex data.
- Strong interest and aptitude in data analysis.
- Success in building and maintaining customer relationships at multiple levels.
- Ability to work in a team environment. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Advanced knowledge of excel.
- Excellent technical knowledge developing queries and reports from relational databases.
- Ability to present complex data in a succinct, meaningful way to a variety of audiences.
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
