The Office of the Registrar at The University of Colorado Denver is student-centered and intensely focused on the integrity, accuracy and security of academic records. The temporary position in the Office of the Registrar will perform duties related to the transcript evaluation process.

Examples of Work Performed:

  • Accurately process and organize forms related to student personal information, course registration, and transcripts.
  • Assist the Registrar Transcript Evaluation and Degree Audit staff with day-to-day operations and other duties as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries from students and university staff with regards to transcript evaluations.
Pay and Benefits:

The hiring rate for this position has been established at $20/ hour

The above salary rate represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate at the time of posting.

This is a part time position, and is not benefit eligible.  Per Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplace Act, you will accrue 0.034 hours of sick leave for every 1 hour worked.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 

A bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution. Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.

Competencies:

    Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.Outstanding customer service skills.
