Temporary HR Training Coordinator

The University of Colorado Denver l Anschutz Medical Campus seeks individuals with demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive learning and working environment. We value the ability to engage effectively with students, faculty and staff of diverse backgrounds.
This position provides logistics coordination for HR learning and development programs. This position can work remotely at this time. The person will be trained on how to handle a variety of logistical aspects such as managing our courses in Skillsoft registrations, HCM uploads, CVent registration and much more. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and is willing to learn L&D related technology. This position reports to the Director of Learning and Development and will work directly with the other L&D Training Coordinators.Example of duties performed:
- Help manage the annual training calendar in Outlook and Teams
- Help manage the registration process for all training programs including: reminders, invites, Zoom setup, attendance, etc.
- Assist with HCM uploads for various training programs.
- Assist with Skillsoft course/session setup, attendance verification, course close-out, etc.
- Assist with website and CVent updates for our 2022 calendar
- Assist with the development of marketing materials, facilitator guides and other materials
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of applicable office experience in the areas of: event scheduling, developing spreadsheets, Word documents, powerpoint presentations, etc.
- Has working knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom (or WebEx), MicroSoft Office Products.
