Job Summary
This is a professional position that is responsible for providing customer service to faculty, staff, students and parents via phone and e-mail.

Responsibilities for this position will include staying abreast of current Admissions, Financial Aid, Recruitment, Registrar, Housing, and Bursar's Office policies and procedures and how they impact students' enrollment processes; communicate with applicants, students, and families via phone and email; assist students and parents with the enrollment process primarily in Financial Aid and the Office of the Registrar; and perform all other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two to four years of customer service related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the required duties.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Ellucian Banner, Imaging, Microsoft Word, online calendar, and multi-line phones are also preferred.

Proposed Salary
The salary is $11.00 per hour. This is a full-time temporary position not to exceed six months.
