Assists in the management of administrative operations for the Victim Advocate Program, Case Management Services and the Office of Withdrawal Services. Serves as primary contact and provides customer service via phone, e-mail and direct contact including check in students and creating their case files and interpreting University policies and procedures. Assists with making recommendations on office operation needs related to equipment, workflow, staffing and materials.
Compiles, monitors and maintains confidential medical, personal and notification data/records for programs. Develops, inputs and analyzes data and generates reports from database on emergencies. Maintains the Victim Advocate statistical database.
Per departmental protocol and in conjunction with the Department of Student Support & Transitions, notifies appropriate faculties, departments and other persons of student crises/emergency situations via phone calls, preparing memos, sending e-mails and faxes.
Provides administrative support for Case Management Services, the Victim Advocate Program and the Office of Withdrawal Services. Supervises and coordinate work assignments for Federal Work Study students.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience.
(Note: or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to two years.)

Ability to document existing and new processes.
Ability to effectively train and direct the work of others.

Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and etiquette.
Ability to write and/or proofread and edit written word and/or information in various formats.
