Job Responsibilities

The Financial Technical Services Manger is responsible for insuring all Banner Financial Aid, Document Imaging, Work Flow, Degree Works, and other technical support systems as they relate to Financial Aid are maintained and utilized at an optimal level for efficient and effective processing and awarding of financial aid for students. The FA Technical Service Manager will provide data, summary information, and analysis of key strategic indicators on a regular basis allowing the director to be proactive in making strategic decisions in leading and directing the financial aid programs of the college. The position will serve as the lead compliance officer in the absence of the Director.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 1 years of financial aid or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer a minimum 3 years experience with Banner or other Student Information System.
