Operations Supervisor, Fleet ManagementRegular Full-time, MR08 ($37,440.00)This position has operational oversight of administration-related tasks for a wide range of aspects of Fleet Management.  The role will encompass knowledge and engagement primarily regarding Rental operations but also Business and Shop operations to ensure continued operation in the absence of the primary executioner of the task. 

This position will supervise the Rental Supervisor and Procurement positions, and will be fluent in how to complete those roles.

Ensure completion of administrative day-to-day activities of the rental program including administration of the rental software, the fuel card program, and accident reporting process. 

Reserve third party bus and rental vehicle reservations to fulfill vehicle needs for sublet rentals while working in tandem with Rental Supervisor.

Complete AR/AP processes including p-card reconciliation, invoice processing, interdepartmental transfers, ledger reconciliation, and employee time reconciliation. 

Report creation from various software including SAP and fleet software including required FM and UT reporting.

Ensure current and accurate data within all software systems through routine data verification and correction.

 



Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

 High school degree or equivalent

Valid Tennessee driver’s license

One year in a business-related field related to office management and/or AR/AP.

 Preferred Qualifications:

 Associates or Bachelor’s Degree pertaining to accounting, management, or similar field
