Service Aide I - University Housing 

Regular Full-time, Market Range 01

This position will provide critical custodial services throughout the residence halls designed to maintain all University Housing facilities in a safe, clean, and sanitary condition.



Qualifications
Qualifications:

 Ability to understand custodial industry standards/methods and best practices; Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules; Strong customer service skills; Strong, positive work ethic; Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms; Ability to work with both a diverse customer and employee base; Ability to accept directives and instructions and carry out same.
