Under general supervision of the Director ofAdministrative Operations serves as administrative support for the Office of theExecutive Vice President for Clinical Affairs and Dean of the College ofMedicine & Life Sciences. Workingindependently, performs a variety of complex administrative functions inaddition to serving as Concierge interacting with multiple constituents. Coordinates all aspects of the LiaisonCommittee on Medical Education accreditation process.Qualifications:

Must be a high school graduate. Additional training in office management and procedures is desired. Minimum of five-ten years of experience working in a healthcare or academic environment at an executive level is desired. Possession of an Associate Degree in secretarial science may be used in lieu of the above work experience.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must be able to take either shorthand or use dictation/transcription skills to prepare correspondence.
Proven organizational skills, detail-oriented, and be able to manage several tasks at one time.
Excellent oral communication and public relations skills.Working Conditions:

Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
Must possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to develop cooperative working relationships with multiple constituents.
