Job Summary The Coordinator of CLASS Administrative Services coordinates non-academic aspects of the operation that supports the Dean and the Assistant Dean in their planning, administration, and implementation of the goals and objectives of the College. May be directed to perform job related tasks other than those specifically delineated in this description.

Responsibilities
    Coordinate meetings and activities of the Dean’s Office Coordinate advertising and promotional materials for CLASSManage the College files and confidential records, including those pertaining to recruitment, selection, evaluation, promotion, discipline, and termination of faculty and staffAssist in the preparation of annual reports that include data (i.e. Assurance of Learning, Enrollment, Alumni, Employer, accreditation maintenance, etc.) for the College and stakeholdersAssist in coordinating activities sponsored by the Dean’s Office, particularly those related to alumni relations and career developmentReview faculty and staff travel authorizations and expense statements for approvalProvide excellent customer service by phone, online, and in-person, and perform general administrative and clerical tasksOrder supplies and equipment for the Dean’s Office and maintain inventory recordsPerform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Masters is preferred), with five or more years of experience as an office manager and/or administrative professional. Must have knowledge of office equipment, computers, various computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. Must exemplify excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of PeopleSoft (E-Procurement) is a plus.
