Service Desk Specialist
St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to join its Information Technology Services (ITS) team. The Service Desk Specialist provides our students, faculty, and staff with quality and timely first line technical support of office applications, desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, audio/video equipment, electronic communications, and other college technology. This position requires a firm commitment to providing exceptional customer service, the ability to effectively prioritize, and strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
