Position Summary:

University of Georgia (UGA) Extension is seeking a dynamic, detailed-oriented, professional with self-initiative to serve as the Educational Program Enrollment Manager for its event registration and management system-Destiny one. Destiny One is a commercial, hosted application used by county extension offices to market and manage enrollments for educational programs. The Manager will be expected to master the numerous basic and advanced features of Destiny One, stay abreast of new features and developments, and market the use of Destiny One across the organization. Working with the Director of the Office of Learning and Organizational Development (OLOD), the Director of the Office of Information Technology (OIT) for UGA Extension and the coordinators of the Extension reporting system, the Manager will create and promote a vision for program enrollment and management and seek ways to integrate Destiny One data into other business systems.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies:

Significant relative work competencies both in learning complex software applications and in applying those applications to organizational needs; Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Educational Technology, Data Analytics, or Business Information Systems. Excellent computer and analytical skills; experience with enrollment management systems, business intelligence tools, reporting tools and/or database management. Excellent communications, and interpersonal skills; strong analytical skills demonstrating the ability to quickly understand complex scenario’s, develop work flows and effectively manage data for decision-making best practices. Experience with Excel, and SQL queries. Demonstrated ability and competency to use technology to solve problems and make continuous improvement.

-Point of contact for questions pertaining to use of the Destiny One system
