Job Summary Provide clerical support to the facilities/building services function within a large campus unit. Includes inventory maintenance and related record keeping. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: unit building services management and personnel. This position typically will advise and counsel: NA. This position will supervise: NA.Responsibilities <html><b><u>Job Duty 1 - </u></b>
Maintain building equipment inventory records.

<html><b><u>Job Duty 2 - </u></b>
Issue and account for building and room door keys; maintain key issuance records.

<html><b><u>Job Duty 3 - </u></b>
Requisition materials and supplies; post to work orders.

<html><b><u>Job Duty 4 - </u></b>
Maintain building services files and reports.

<html><b><u>Job Duty 5 - </u></b>
Perform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications

Educational Requirements
High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma

Required Experience
Two to three years of job related experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

SKILLS
This job requires basic skills in record keeping, purchasing and inventory management. Usage of basic computer applications is also required.
