  • Position Description:

    Underthe direction of the Manager/Supervisor, performs specialized data managementtasks including data entry, data searches, generation of reports, chart audits,tracking of student/staff health requirements.  Responsibilities also include: clerical duties such as filing, answeringphones, copying, faxing, front desk coverage, and duties as assigned by theClinic Manager/Supervisor.

    Qualifications:

    1. High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.
    2. Minimum of one course in Windows computer applications or six months experience working with Microsoft Office applications (Especially Word, Excel, and Access)
    3. Minimum of one course in data management or six months experience with data entry.
    4. Proficient in using the OHM (Occupational Health Manager) system, or following training, be proficient in thirty days.
    5. Proficient in the operation of office equipment.

    Working Conditions:Normal office environment.
