Clayton State University is seeking a part-time front office assistant for our Henry County location in McDonough, GA. The candidate will be primarily responsible for assisting the CSU-Henry Site Manager with dual enrollment students, as well as traditional and non-traditional students. Daily duties will consist of but are not limited to, responding to inquiries, providing administrative support, and guest reception. Strong data entry and customer service skills are required. - Provide administrative support for Instructional site operations to include but not be limited to communication, guest reception, appointment scheduling, supply management, and data entry. 30%
- Support new student recruitment efforts by assisting prospective students in completing the admissions process through enrollment. 15%
- Support student retention by assisting current students with scheduling services, mitigating holds, and technical support within our student information system. 15%
- Ensure classrooms are prepared for instruction. 10%
- Provide feedback to inquiries from students, parents, and secondary partners. 20%

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excel and word experience
• Strong data entry skills
• Bachelor degree
• 1-2 years of admissions experience
• 2-3 years of Banner experience
