Position Description:
The Senior Director of Leadership and Annual Giving reports to the Associate Dean, Development and is responsible for the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of prospects primarily in the range of $25,000 to $100,000. Manages all aspects of UCLA Anderson Annual Fund, Annual Giving, and Reunion Giving appeals, projects and programs, through a four person staff.
Responsible for creating involvement opportunities and contribution programs for all alumni, including graduates from the full-time MBA, EMBA, FEMBA, GEMBA and Executive Education certificate programs. Manages the Dean's Society leadership annual giving recognition program. Oversees UCLA Anderson Reunion and Student Affiliates Giving programs. Oversees the design and management of the school's Annual Fund, all Annual Fund donor recognition and stewardship programs/levels, and communication channels, incl. telemarketing, electronic giving and direct mail campaigns.
Develops and manages a process for moving top-level Annual Fund donors into the Leadership and Major Gifts categories. Serves as the primary liaison to the Annual Fund Development Committee and manages their relationship with the school to ensure a highly personalized, well-integrated, smoothly-executed and comprehensive unrestricted giving campaign.
