The Enrollment Services Specialist performs a comprehensive set of enrollment functions: admission, residency, registration, enrollment verification, program declaration, and transcript requests to facilitate students’ matriculation and success at the College. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills as well as dedication to data integrity and accuracy. This is a full-time, 12 month, benefit eligible position.

Knowledge of policies, procedures, rules and regulations governing college admissions, residency classification, and student privacy. Knowledge of relational databases and data integrity. Skilled in customer service strategies and functions. Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience indirectly related functions; or 4 years of progressively responsible experience in directly related functions; or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job and/or as approved by the Human Resources department.
Experience working in post-secondary institutions (specifically at the community college level) in a Registrar’s Office, Admissions Office, or Enrollment Services Office. Experience working with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Slate) and with a student information system (e.g., Banner, Colleague, Peoplesoft). Must be detail oriented and have a concern for data integrity.
