The DEI Academic Affairs Program Director will work with DEI, academic affairs, and other relevant departments and units within the University to identify and implement relevant workshops and other educational programming. The individual may also conduct small group and/or individual coaching for faculty who may be in need of targeted support and/or guidance. The DEI Academic Affairs Program Director may identify external organizations for potential partnerships and establish potential vendor relationships within the purview of inclusive excellence learning and development. This position requires travel and a flexible scheduling including evening and weekend hours.
