The Facilities & EventCoordinator assists with the daily management of all aspects of facilitiesmaintenance activities, including facility repairs, renovations and scheduling.Provides support with thecoordination of athletic facility usage for home intercollegiate athleticevents and departmental rental events, including but not limited to schedulingstaff and coordinating post-event clean up. Assists with the management ofevent activities and game operations for home intercollegiate athletics eventsand department rental events with duties encompassing both facilities and gameoperations responsibilities. Serves as a liaison to facilities services and thejanitorial services contractor providing supervisory responsibilities and fiscaloversight related to their services in support of Athletic Department eventsand facilities. Reports directly to AssociateAthletic Director, Facilities & Event Management and provides additionalsupport to the Director, Facilities and Event Management. This position must have currentFirst Aid and CPR Certifications. These certifications must obtain within thefirst six months of employment.
