Prep Cook Allergen Station

Job description

Join the culinary team at St. Norbert College, a nationally-ranked, private, Catholic, liberal arts college, with a best food in WI colleges ranking (www.snc.edu/dining). We are seeking a full-time Prep Cook for Ruth’s Marketplace, our largest dining venue on campus which serves over 2,200 meals per day to students, faculty and staff. The Prep Cook is responsible for producing approved menu items for Ruth’s Marketplace Allergen station while maintaining a strictly controlled flow of food from receiving to service to prevent cross contact with potential allergens. 

This is a recurring 9 month/academic-year position (off in the summer) that generally works between the hours of 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
