Trulaske College of Business, Strategic Technology teamJob Description Provide IT-leadership and vision for the Trulaske College of Business. Mastermind technology projects that impact the college’s strategic plan. Build relationships with stakeholders and work to match technology solutions with business need.
- Advise executive team in developing strategic technology plan and organizational priorities for TrulaskeDirect and manage Strategic Technology Team (FT, PT, Students) to coordinate delivery of services across Trulaske.Collaborate with Division of IT Manager to ensure proper resource allocation and level of support for TrulaskeAdministrative and functional supervision is exercised over two professional and technical support staff and students.Oversee maintenance of existing Salesforce org and the expansion of Salesforce to fit stakeholder need.Architect special technology projects for Trulaske in the areas of data, software selection, learning space design, teaching, and research.
- Engage with Trulaske constituents (faculty, staff, and students) to identify areas of need and shared problem areasMap project stakeholders (Trulaske, campus/system, external/industry/vendor)Gather requirements from stakeholdersSeek solutions from campus, industry, and peer institutionsDocument and socialize plans and timelinesPostulate impact (ROI)Identify funding sources for projects (internal budgets, other Trulaske funding sources, campus and external grants, MU/system collaborators)Implement plans using a combination of internal staff and external resources (vendor/campus)Track project budget/timeline and queue requisite resourcesEvaluate quality of team, contractor, and vendor workCommunicate progress with stakeholdersIterate for continuous improvementDocument project summary in end of project report
Salary Range: $62,000 - $90,376 annually

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's degree in management information systems, computer science, educational technologies, data science, or a related field. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.Three years of supervisory experienceThree years of project management experienceUnderstanding of higher education contextChange agent and history of innovationComfort with building and maintaining professional relationshipsExcellent data and quantitative skills5 years of experience in IT-Leadership
