Princeton University

The Department of Molecular Biology has occasional openings for full and part-time lecturers in the areas of molecular biology, cell and developmental biology, biochemistry, and genetics during the 2021-22 academic year. Individuals should possess a PhD in molecular biology or a related field and have experience with teaching at the undergraduate level. Responsibilities may include assisting with lectures and labs, preparing problem sets, leading discussion sections and review sessions, holding regular office hours, and assisting in exam writing and grading. Appointment duty time will depend on student enrollment. Princeton University is especially interested in qualified candidates who can contribute, through their research, teaching, and/or service, to the diversity and excellence of our academic community. This position is subject to the University's background check policy. Essential Qualifications PhD in Molecular Biology or related field is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching at the undergraduate level is strongly preferred.
