Program & Portfolio Manager
Manage enterprise level programs and portfolios through administrative support, data analysis, tracking and reporting. Oversee and support project execution through continual coordination of program/portfolio plans, data analysis, reporting and education. This position will interact on a regular basis with: faculty, staff, and vendors. This position typically will advise and counsel: faculty, staff and vendors. This position will supervise: NA.
Job Duty 1 -
Manage all aspects of assigned programs throughout project life-cycle to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, and time and cost constraints
Job Duty 2 -
Compile and respond to data requests to facilitate the development of recommendations to address/resolve potential and existing Institute and unit-level challenges
Job Duty 3 -
Develop data analysis, financial modeling, and bench-marking for project requests and initiatives
Job Duty 4 -
Design, develop and maintain tools and processes for portfolio management and enterprise-level tracking
Job Duty 5 -
Assist in creation and delivery of materials for project/program management education and mentoring
Job Duty 6 -
Perform other duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five to seven years of job related experience
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have five to seven years of project management, analysis and process improvement experience.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Ability to communicate effectively; organizational and facilitation skills.

Other Information The Program & Portfolio Manager at Georgia Tech Professional Education will manage large, high visibily cross-departmental projects, perform decision-supporting business and financial analysis and direct process improvement projects.
Depending on experience this position will pay between $70,000-$85,000 plus benefits. All GT employees are bound to the GT/USG compensation policy.
