The University of Tennessee Foundation is seeking a producer to join the Advancement team for the University of Tennessee Knoxville campus. The Production Director will lead the Office of Advancement’s video and photography production, content development, and marketing/analytics efforts by establishing goals, defining objectives, and measuring success of production strategy to accomplish overall Advancement goals. This position will collaborate with the Advancement team and key partners across campus to create and oversee video production or photography projects related to alumni engagement, stewardship, student engagement, and fundraising. The position will work closely with team members and campus partners to support the mission of the Office of Advancement and the overall mission of the university.

Qualifications: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5+ years in video production and digital photography. Proficient knowledge of video editing, audio, and post-production technical skills required, including camera equipment & lighting, editing software, motion graphics and animation, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. Candidate must also have strong project management, written communication, and creativity skills with the ability to pay attention to detail and effectively make decisions. Two years of management experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly supportive of and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
