Job Summary Install, repair, rebuild and service mechanical locking devices located at various entry points on and within campus buildings. Maintain related records. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: coworkers, facility forepersons, contractors and vendors. This position typically will advise and counsel: NA. This position will supervise: NA.Responsibilities <html><b><u>Job Duty 1 - </u></b>
Install/replace locking devises at locations as assigned.

<html><b><u>Job Duty 2 - </u></b>
Assemble/disassemble locks; repair/replace worn parts.

<html><b><u>Job Duty 3 - </u></b>
Cut keys by code or by tracing.

<html><b><u>Job Duty 4 - </u></b>
Store and maintain master keys for campus facilities.

<html><b><u>Job Duty 5 - </u></b>
Requisition parts and materials as directed.

<html><b><u>Job Duty 6 - </u></b>
Maintain records

<html><b><u>Job Duty 7 - </u></b>
Perform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications

Educational Requirements
High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma

Required Experience
Two to three years of job related experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

SKILLS
This job requires a working knowledge of and skills in lock and access equipment installation and maintenance. Related skills in proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment, maintaining stock and providing customer service are also required as is use of specialized computer applications.
