TemporaryEssential Job Duties:
This position provides a variety of administrative support services for several faculty within the Division. The position provides assistance to the assigned investigators (PIs) and their laboratory or project personnel. Duties performed are general administrative duties, including scheduling, preparation of grants, correspondence, requisitions, travel forms, etc. Specific responsibilities include:
•Manage CV, biosketches, reappointments, NCI documentation, electronic calendars/emails/phone calls/Zoom or Webex teleconferences
•Independently draft correspondence, prepare correspondence, completes copying/filing as needed
•Respond to inquiries and provide courteous, high quality services by personally responding to requests
•Send emails on PI’s behalf using professional language and confidentiality
•Prepare reports by compiling data from a variety of sources
•Organize and coordinate meetings
•Routing Forms per University guidelines
