Textile Lab Tech
TemporaryEssential Job Duties:
Assist the Zeis Textiles Extension (ZTE) Senior Lab Operations Manager with the day to day operations of running the following labs: Spinning; Weaving; Knitting; Dyeing and Finishing; and Physical Testing. This position will perform the following duties: operate textile processing equipment, machine set up, machine maintenance, quality control, and laboratory tours as needed.Is Time Limited:

Must comply with all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection as directed, and adhere to COVID-19 guidelines such as wearing an approved face covering and submitting a weekly COVID-19 test. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Work experience in a manufacturing setting. High school diploma or equivalency.Department Required Skills:
