Assistant Professor of Management - 000421 & 000301

The University of Richmond, Robins School of Business, Management Department invites applications for two (2) full-time tenure-track positions at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin in the 2022-23 academic year.

The candidates selected will teach primarily Organizational Behavior in the undergraduate and MBA programs, and may also teach electives that support the Management Consulting and Management Entrepreneurship concentrations offered by the department. Tenure-track faculty members typically teach five courses per year with an average class size of 20-25 students. Evidence of teaching excellence is very important. In addition to excellence in the classroom, the faculty is expected to be committed to excellence in scholarly research, as evidenced by articles published, forthcoming, or in advanced stages of review at high-quality academic journals. A Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, Management, or a closely related discipline is required. Preference will be given to candidates with prior business experience. Applicants may be ABD, but must have completed the Ph.D. by the start date.
