Office Assistant for a statewide leadership development program. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, students, faculty, and staff in face to face interactions or by e-mail and telephone. Serves as the first point of contact to direct inquiries within the department and supports the general workflow for the office. Duties include photocopying and assembling class notebooks, maintaining inventory of copy paper and supplies, picking up and delivering mail to various locations on campus, preparation of the check/credit card deposits, taking deposits to campus to be processed, and filing. Will be back up for credit card processor as needed. Duties may require lifting of materials that weigh up to 50lbs. Applicant will need a reliable form of transportation.Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalency.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Must be familiar with bank deposits.
Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple work assignments.
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
