The University of Florida College of Nursing is seeking applicants holding a DNP in nursing with a background as Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. Recent AGACNP experience with Florida licensure or eligibility for Florida licensure to fill a part-time, non-tenure track 0.25 FTE Clinical Assistant position to teach didactic and clinical courses in the BSN and DNP Programs. Seeking faculty members with relevant didactic and clinical teaching experience and a record of scholarly work teaching undergraduate and/or graduate students.

This position is located in Gainesville, FL and may have occasional travel to Jacksonville, FL. This is not a remote or online faculty position.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Doctorally-prepared DNP with national certification as adult / gerontology acute care NP required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Teaching experience preferred.
