Advertised Job Summary:

Assistant Director of Student Development reports to the Assistant Athletic Director of Student Development and Brand Awareness and will be responsible for the approval, planning and execution of our mentor programs as well as two of the four mandatory educational sessions for student-athletes. The individual will work with student-athletes to prepare them for life after sports.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions):

Masters degree in Student Services or related field and 3 years related experience, or bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prefer experience working with students in athletics. Collegiate experience is preferred; any community outreach experience is helpful.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge or familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations in a university environment is required.
