  • Program Administrator serves under the Program Director to manage the programmatic and accreditation details of the MFT program. The PA is responsible for implementing administrative procedures determined to be necessary for effectively maintaining a viable graduate program. Responsibilities include processing paperwork and record-keeping, coordinating recruitment efforts for new students, conducting data analysis for ongoing self-study process to maintain program accreditation standards, assisting with the Family Systems Conference (FSC) event, and preparing and submitting accreditation reports.
  • Reports directly to the Program Director (PD). Supervises student TAs as needed.
  • The expectations for this part-time position are 20 hours/week over 12 months
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Keep apprised of current COAMFTE accreditation standards and collaborate with the PD as needed to ensure that program courses, rubrics, and documentation meet current standards
  • Prepare all documentation for accreditation maintenance/renewal
  • Coordinate new student orientation and seminar registration
  • Assist with development of semester course schedules
  • Organize interview process and engage in ongoing program recruitment efforts
  • Organize the annual Family Systems Conference (FSC)
  • Maintain program website
  • Engage in alumni communications
  • Provide student support and serve as secondary advisor to all students

  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, organized, able to teach and mentor students
  • Contributes to MFT atmosphere
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • MA Degree desired, especially within MFT
