Part Time Seasonal Financial Aid Clerk

Job description

The Part Time Seasonal Financial Aid Clerk greets and assists students and visitors as they enter the Financial Aid Office and answers incoming calls.


This position requires six months of experience working in a financial aid office or the equivalent related office work experience. Accounting, bookkeeping, and good math skills are required. This position requires excellent clerical and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent written, oral communication, telephone skills, and a demonstrated ability to work well with others as part of a team. This position requires the capacity to work well within stressful situations, the ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks with frequent interruptions, strong organizational skills, an initiative towards completion of assignments, and excellent follow through skills on all assignments and projects. A criminal background check is also required.
