•Knowledge of SAP and Raiser’s Edge.Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant III reports to the Associate Director of Development and Annual Fund who reports to the Associate Vice President for University Advancement. The division of University Advancement encompasses Development, Communications, Advancement Services and Alumni Relations. The Administrative Assistant III will provide senior level administrative support to the Office of Development and the Associate Director of Development and Annual Fund.Job Duties:
•Provide administrative support for the Development office including the Associate Vice President and Development staff.
•Assist in preparation and approval routing for proposals, memorandums of understanding, letters of intent, and other Development-related documentation.
•Assist Development staff in maintaining contact reports and database updates, and coordinating support requests with other divisions across the university.
•Provide administrative support and coordination for the planned giving program, including scheduling meetings, tracking actions into Raiser’s Edge, editing and preparing correspondence and maintaining expectancies files, and travel.
•Run reports for donor gifts $500 and above and prepare gift acknowledgement letters for the Vice President and Associate Vice President.
•Open and close the office at set times; provide telephone support for the office; greet walk-in visitors to the Development suite.
•Arrange and process travel and reimbursements for gift officers.
•Assist development officers with donor events.
•Prepare Presidential birthday cards each month.
•Other duties as assigned.Job Open Date:
