Program Support Associate
TemporaryEssential Job Duties:
This position will provide support for both the Sustainability Office and the Energy Management Office. The position supports a variety of programs that advance the university’s sustainability and energy management goals. Specific duties include:
Provide planning and logistics support for programs including the NC State Sustainability Fund, Campus As A Classroom, energy outreach initiatives and tracking campus utility use.
Coordinate various administrative functions and provide office support for both departments such as preparation of documents and reports, as well as the organization, maintenance and distribution of information.
Support the departments’ communications efforts, including basic website and/or social media updates and responding to general email or phone inquiries.
Assist with planning of in-person and virtual events.
Manage purchasing and other financial, HR, travel and administrative processes.
