Job Description:

The Admissions department is seeking (2) Federal Work Study students at 10 hours per week for the Summer 2021 term. Duties include: greet guests and direct them to the appropriate offices; provide guided campus tours to guests on a regular schedule; help the admissions office with campus wide recruitment events; assist with answering the phone, bulk mailing, and copying; assist with prospective student outreach.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of the Federal Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Confidentiality and attention to detail. Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.

Minimum Salary or Salary Range:

$11.00 per hour

Background Check Statement:

This position will be subject to a pre-employment criminal, sex-offender registry background check. In cases where pre-determined, an additional financial/credit history/ background check may be required as well. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed, will be excluded. Disclosure does not constitute an automatic bar to employment. Factors such as dates of the offense, seriousness and nature of the violation, rehabilitation and position applied for will be taken into account.
