This MD/DO qualified position will provide inpatient psychiatry contracted services at a department-affiliated hospital on a geropsychiatry unit. A replacement hospital is opening in 2021 with a 16-bed geropsychiatry unit. The individual selected will provide clinical supervision to psychiatry residents; supervise medical students and teach medical student courses in the Colleges of Human Medicine and Osteopathic Medicine.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement

Doctorate -General Psychiatry/GeropsychiatryMinimum Requirements
- An MD or DO degree is required; board certified/eligible.
- Candidates must be eligible for a physician license in the State of Michigan, have a strong interest and experience in academic psychiatry, demonstrate clinical responsibility and strong teaching and communication team skills.
