Summary of Duties:

This position is a member of the enrollment team within Student Affairs at WSU Global Campus and also supports AOI data visualization needs. The Enrollment CRM Program & Data Visualization Manager is a member of the Enrollment CRM Implementation Team and is responsible for partnering with the university wide Enrollment CRM team and Global Campus Enrollment Management & Student Success to bring innovation to life, bridging the gap between business requirements and technology. In support of admissions, enrollment, and retention goals, this position has primary responsibility to manage prospective/current student data using the Enrollment CRM & WSU Data Visualization tools to organize, automate, and synchronize marketing, communication, and process improvement efforts. The Enrollment CRM Program & Data Visualization Manager will serve as subject matter expert in the Enrollment CRM & Data Visualization for the Global Campus and represent the University and the campuses in many capacities while managing data integration, processes and procedures. They will provide business process review, design, and analysis work, testing, and training.


Required Qualifications:

  • Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in a related field AND three (3) years of professional experience in business data analysis or related; OR a combination of education and experience totaling seven (7) years from which comparable knowledge and ability are acquired.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in the implementation and use of computerized records and strong technology skills.

  • Experience as a user of enterprise management systems and/or SQL and is preferred.

  • Experiencing using Slate Technosolutions platform. If not experienced in Slate platform, other CRM experience will be reviewed

  • Experience using business intelligence tools, Google analytics and statistical analysis software for the management and analysis of admissions, enrollment and financial aid data.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of databases and end user reporting tools such as Tableau, OBIEE, or Business Objects.

  • Previous experience with Washington State University, or in higher education working with policies and procedures.

  • Previous experience in higher education.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly flexible and visible office environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals of different ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience including students and faculty.

Associate Vice Provost for Inclusive Excellence Recently Announced

Dr. Lisa Guerrero was recently named associate vice provost for inclusive excellence. Guerrero has been an active advocate for diversity and inclusion since joining the WSU faculty in 2004. She is currently a professor of Comparative Ethnic Studies in WSU’s School of Languages, Cultures, and Race. She will maintain her faculty position, while serving as associate vice provost in a half-time appointment.

Dr. Guerrero will provide leadership to academic affairs in implementing WSU’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. She will help to identify and implement best practices and evidence-based approaches in faculty hiring, tenure and promotion, research support, faculty retention, teaching and mentoring, and curriculum planning. One of her first areas of responsibility will be to oversee the Racism and Social Inequality in the Americas faculty cluster hire program for Fall 2021.
