"In this role, the Enrollment Services Student Leader will primarily assist with daily functions of the Imaging Center to include scanning, filing, and document triage. The Imaging Center scans and files documents for multiple departments on campus so this position includes collaboration with campus partners as needed. The student chosen will help with processing of paperwork or transcripts, collaboration projects, and other needs that arise in the Enrollment Services Center. This position will be on call to provide exemplary customer service through in-person or email interactions and could assist ESC staff with general processing functions as well.
The ideal fit for this role is someone who enjoys the small pieces of what makes up the big picture and should possess extraordinary attention to detail. They should enjoy working behind the scenes as processing would be a main function of the role but also must be able to deliver a great first impression when needed to all prospective students, their families, faculty, and staff. An ESC student leader needs to have a passion for UWG and a love for helping students."Required Qualifications
"Minimum Criteria for Applying:
1. Maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
2. Availability to work 15-20 hours per week in the Fall, Spring, AND Summer semester.
3. Be enrolled as a full time student.
4. Attend mandatory interview (on campus) and training sessions (if selected).
5. Federal work study eligibility in the Fall and Spring"

Google Suite knowledge would be useful, must feel comfortable using a computer and learning to work with a scanner.
Ability to sit and work at a computer up to 8 hours per day, move about the office freely, able to maneuver across campus in a timely manner, and communicate without restriction.Other Information
