Job Summary

This position is a face-to-face customer service position in the Enrollment Services Center (ESC). This position serves as the budget manager and monitors the office supply ordering, p-card purchases, and reconciliation of the budgets for the ESC, Call Center, and Imaging Center. This position must be able to understand and interpret Federal and Institutional policy for Bursar, Registrar, and Financial Aid. This position must be able to deliver this information to UWG students, faculty, and staff give exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma and 4-6 years of experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have Higher Education experience with preference given to experience in a student services environment. Must have experience using complex computerized information systems. Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in PeopleSoft, ePro, Ellucian Banner, Banweb, Xtender, and Degree Works. Candidates must also have experience and skills in Customer Service relations. Must possess outgoing personality and a willingness to deliver exceptional service to a diverse group of customers. Ability to perform in a team and high stress environment. Must have excellent organizational and planning skills and be able to communicate effectively (oral and written). Must have the ability to anticipate the needs of students or the need to update or establish common office processes. Must be deadline oriented with ability to make timely, informed decisions. This position will have pCard responsibilities therefore the applicant must successfully pass a credit check.

Proposed Salary

$17.14 minimum - $22.38 midpoint
