The Interdepartmental Program in the Study of Religion at the University of California, Los Angeles is seeking a part-time Lecturer to teach courses in Early Christianity and more broadly in the Study of Religion for the 2021-22 academic year, and contribute to the work of the Center.

The ideal candidate must hold an Ph.D. in early Christian history, be able to contribute to ancient Mediterranean studies, and must have training and experience teaching courses in theories and methods in the study of religion. The candidate should also demonstrate extensive research and publication in early Christianity, and related areas, as well as have experience organizing symposia.
