Position Summary:

This position serves as the primary point of contact to current and potential continuing education students and is charged with supporting them throughout their continuing education journey by providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person. In addition to supporting the needs of the departments continuing education students, this position provides administrative support to enable the successful delivery of the centers continuing education portfolio.

•Undergraduate degree.
•Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
•Detail orientated and able to multi-task, problem solve, & take initiative.
•Ability to work with limited supervision.
•Excellent customer service skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective students, partners and instructors.
•Serves as a primary point of contact for continuing education programs to garner registrations and provide information pertaining to program policies/procedures via phone, email, and in person.

•Provide administrative support for organizational programs, which includes but is not limited to; working closely with colleagues both inside and outside of the Georgia Center, preparing rosters, course materials, reports, certificates, program evaluations, and awarding course credit to ensure successful program delivery.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Process program registrations, and support enrolled students throughout the duration of their continuing education course(s).
•Execute course enrollment processes appropriate to each program. Processes include but not limited to registering participants in appropriate platforms, taking payment, creating invoices, data entry of start/end dates, sending course access, and mailing course materials.
•Provide ongoing student support to enrolled participants including processing grades, sending exams, and continued student correspondence.
