Box Office Manager

Middlebury College is looking for a Box Office Manager. This person will manage the day-to-day operation of the Mahaney Arts Center box office, ensuring excellent, efficient, professional ticketing services and customer service. The Box Office Manager will work with students, departments, student activities, athletics, and the College administration to meet the ticketing needs across campus. This includes programming the ticketing software, conducting ticket sales, completing daily deposits and revenue allocations, trouble-shooting software issues, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting marketing efforts for events.
